FOLD OUT DECK

This is a simple way of getting extra space to your home (on upper levels). instead of putting a window on the wall, you could just put this deck that is a window when folded in but turns into a small deck when opened. This deck is easy maintenance since you don't really have to clean it as much as a traditional deck. You don't have to buy more furniture for this deck either since you could just use the furniture inside your home.
